If you cannot collect your package during the designated times, you may authorize someone you trust to collect it on your behalf. Log in to your package account at socainjapan.masos.app, then select Profile → [Authorized Collectors]→ [Add Authorized Collector]. The person must be added as an authorized collector before attempting to collect your package.
⏰ Distribution times are strict. Please plan accordingly and arrive within the designated hours. Any uncollected packages will be subject to disposal or resale.

✅ Shower and clean off before reboarding the shuttle
🚿 Shower stations will be available on site for your convenience.
To help protect the shuttle vehicles, excessively dirty or wet patrons may not be permitted to reboard until properly cleaned.
